Since incorporation in 1977 Flextred Tyres PL has rebuilt and repaired tens of thousands of Earthmover, Industrial and Ag Tyres for the domestic and overseas markets.

We are the only fully integrated OTR (Off The Road) tyre organisation in Australia, with ongoing locally based capability in the following areas :

- Rebuilding to Industry Code Specifications (ie. E3/L3, E4/L4, L5). Tread compounds, gauge (tread depths) and patterns are produced and applied to conform to site and customer requirements. Our commitment is to exceed customer expectations in terms of performance and cost per hour. Tyre sizes 20” to 57” rim diameter in Forklift/Loader/Hauler/Dump Truck. (MV)

- Guaranteed Major/Minor repairs & Armourwalls. (MV)

- Ultrasonic casing inspection. (MV)

- Mobile, certified OTR tyre fitting & field repairs – 24 hours 7 days. (W/PK)

- OTR solid tyre pressing up to 29.5-25. (W/PK)

- New OTR solid tyre supply, including ADVANCE, SG REVOLUTION.

- Extreme duty underground coal mining wheel assembly rebonds (includes rim crack testing and certification). (MV)

- New OTR tyre supply and fitting, including GOODYEAR, AEOLUS, INFINITY and other quality brands.(W/PK)

- Rubber compounding (mixing) of all tread and repair stocks with in house test facility to ensure conformity and consistency. (MV)

- Tyre performance monitoring and analysis. (W/PK)
